OUR PROPOSAL

We will create a high impact, strategically designed visual system for Victus at FOODPRO 2026. The LED installation becomes the hero asset, engineered specifically for the 6 sided screen environment to maximise visibility, clarity and engagement in a B2B setting.

We combine cinematic product content, precise messaging and spatial thinking to ensure the screens draw senior decision makers in to try the range and start conversation.

Beyond the event, every asset is built for long term marketing use across web, social, presentations and sales. This is not just event content. It is a complete content engine for Victus.

We will deliver a complete content suite across three productions: a studio product shoot, a half day warehouse capture for the Velcorin machine, and full FOODPRO event coverage. This includes LED screen films, individual product videos, photography and social edits.

We will also capture the event itself with professional video and photography, drawing on our extensive experience delivering high quality corporate and activation event coverage. All content is carefully edited, formatted to specification and supplied ready for immediate rollout across screens, website, social media and sales presentations.

Having driven the creative direction from within the brand and as a contractor, we have seen content go viral with 10's of millions of views across platforms. We devised and strategise content pillars that became staple projects.

As well as helping shape the brand, we established a look and feel. The company has been bought by Denon who still deploy the creative direction that we set. This includes a shoot with Katy Perry.

Before selling, we were credited with single-handedly driving sales beyond millions of dollars.

STANLEY STREET BODEGA

After a slow start in lockdown, this Collingwood based coffee shop reached out to us, short on resources, we took on the branding and drove the social media content to establish a business that now has queues around the corner for their brilliant coffee and food delights, whilst they're competitors in the same block watch.

Due to the lack of in-house power in marketing department, they lent on us to devise the strategy, the tone of voice, and the digital marketing approach to put them on the map.

We executed everything from social media management, to brand strategy, as well as videography and photography.

Payment Schedule

1. 50% Deposit
Due upon acceptance of proposal
Target: 23 Feb 2026


2. 25% Progress Payment
Due upon delivery of final LED screen content
Target: 19 July 2026


3. 25% Final Payment
Due upon delivery of event films, product videos and photography
Target: 27 August 2026
